GST National Apprenticeship Week got off to an outstanding start, with an incredible turnout of learners, apprentices, and employers at our centre. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming as candidates and employers connected, networked, and began building relationships that could shape their future careers.
The event served as an excellent icebreaker before interviews, allowing learners and apprentices to meet potential employers, build confidence, and showcase their skills in a relaxed yet professional environment. Employers were equally engaged, actively recruiting and competing to secure the best talent.
Throughout the day, the centre was buzzing with interactive activities, meaningful conversations, and on-the-spot interviews. By the end of the event, many learners and apprentices had been interviewed, with a significant number successfully offered work trials, a clear sign of the event’s impact and success.
This highly successful day reflects GST’s ongoing commitment to connecting talent with opportunity, and we are excited to repeat events like this in the near future. A huge thank you to the GST team for their dedication and hard work, which made this event possible.
