An apprenticeship is a paid job with structured training, allowing you to gain real-world experience while earning a recognised qualification. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Apply for an Apprenticeship – Choose from a variety of programmes that match your career goals.
  2. Find an Employer – We can help connect you with businesses looking for apprentices.
  3. Sign Your Agreement – You and your employer sign an apprenticeship contract.
  4. Work & Learn – You’ll gain hands-on experience while spending six hours per week on training.
  5. Assessments & Support – Regular check-ins with our trainers ensure you stay on track.

Certification & Career Progression – Upon completion, you receive a nationally recognised qualification to advance your career.

Nursery Apprentice (Level 3)

Locations: North, South, East, West & Northwest London
Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (3-5 days a week)
Salary: £6.40 – £11.44 per hour
Duration: 12-18 months
Gain hands-on experience in childcare, child development, and safeguarding while working towards a nationally recognised qualification!


Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3)

Locations: North, South, East, West & Northwest London
Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (3-5 days a week)
Salary: £6.40 – £11.44 per hour
Duration: 12-18 months
Develop essential administrative and organisational skills in a dynamic business environment, supporting operational success!

What qualifications do I need?
Most apprenticeships require GCSEs (or equivalent) in English & Maths. Some employers may have additional requirements. But there are no specific requirements for most standards.  English and maths Functional Skills may be studied during the apprenticeship.

How much will I get paid?
Apprentices earn at least £6.40 per hour (subject to updates), but wages vary by employer and industry. This will change in April to £7.55.

Will I have to study?
Yes! You must complete off-the-job training (six hours per week), which includes online learning, classroom sessions, or self-study.


What happens after my apprenticeship?
Many apprentices stay with their employer after completing their training, or use their qualification to apply for higher-level jobs.  Some apprentices go on to university.

How do I apply?
If you have an employer, complete the apprenticeship application form.
If you do not have an employer, apply for vacancies through us, and we’ll assist you in finding the right role.

🛠️ SEND Support & Equipment – Apprentices with learning support or disability needs can access professional support and specialist equipment. Additional funding is available for those with exceptional learning support needs exceeding £19,000 per year.
