Careers Guidance

At Global Skills Training, we are committed to providing comprehensive Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to ensure every learner is on the best training programme for their career aspirations. Before enrolment, we offer free and impartial guidance, helping prospective learners explore their options, understand entry requirements, and select the most suitable course. During training, learners receive ongoing support, including regular progress reviews, tailored development plans, and access to additional learning resources to help them succeed. As learners approach the end of their programme, we provide personalised career guidance, assisting with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation. Whether progressing into employment, further education, or higher-level apprenticeships, our goal is to equip every learner with the skills and confidence to take the next step in their career journey.
