This recognition is a true testament to the dedication of our team, the outstanding achievements of our learners, and the strong, long-lasting partnerships we have built with employers and local communities.
For over two decades, GST has been at the forefront of delivering high-quality training and skills provision. During this time, we have supported over 20,000 learners in gaining the qualifications, confidence, and skills they need to progress in their work and life. Alongside this, we have proudly worked with over 3,000 employers, helping them to fill vacancies, develop talent pipelines, and upskill their existing workforce to meet the evolving demands of today’s industries.
At the heart of everything we do is a simple mission: to support local communities, tackle skills gaps, and create opportunities that transform lives. This nomination highlights the positive difference our work continues to make, not just for individual learners, but for businesses and communities across West London and beyond.
