Our Safeguarding Lead & Mental Health Champion, Magda, attended the Watercooler event at Excel London last week. An inspiring day focusing on improving wellbeing and mental health for both staff and learners. GST are excited to bring new ideas and strategies back to our staff, learners and communities. Magda said that, as a Safeguarding Lead and Mental Health Champion, attending the Watercooler event at London Excel today was incredibly valuable and will bring a lot of new ideas to GST. The focus on wellbeing, psychological safety, and practical strategies for supporting staff and students really resonated. It was encouraging to see so many professionals committed to creating safer, healthier workplace cultures.
